The Frank Pucelik Support Fund

Frank Pucelik is one of the three founders of the NLP.

He founded many centers for drug addiction and PTSD in America, later in Russia and over the last decades in Odessa, Ukraine.

Due to health challenges and a wise but sometimes challenging age of 81 and the fact that living inside a war zone is not an economically successful state to live in, his income has dramatically decreased. Frank has also not been able to travel freely to other countries to be able to teach.

Franks decision to leave Ukraine to go back to his family in the USA has been difficult but for him, it is the ultimate end of a fruitful, challenging, emotional and successful personal and professional history in Ukraine and Europe.

Frank now needs the support from all of us.
Give whatever you can. All donations are welcome.

The Presuppositions of NLP 2.0 by David Shephard

Drawing on his decades of experience in applying NLP, David Shephard has defined 13 additional presuppositions, which he has titled “NLP Presuppositions 2.0”. At the NLP International Conference 2026 in London, David presented these additional presuppositions and explicitly noted that they should be understood as complementary to the originally formulated presuppositions.

The Presuppositions of NLP 2.0

David’s contribution lies in the fact that he identifies these additional axioms underlying NLP, thereby making them explicit.

By reading the NLP Presuppositions 2.0 many NLP practitioners will be surprised to discover that "nothing new" is actually being proposed here. Rather, additional basic assumptions on which they have always relied in their NLP applications are explicitly outlined.

We believe that this is precisely how David’s contribution fits into the essence of the NLP tradition: making the unconscious conscious to enable modelling.

Shape the Future of NLP

...participate in the NLP Leadership Summit!

Next summit will be held January 9 - 11, 2027 in Alicante Spain.

All Fellow Member Trainers of the IANLP are warmly invited to attend this one-of-a-kind NLP gathering. Be our Guest!  Read invitation

As NLP moves into its next 50 years, we find ourselves at an important transition point. Many of the people who helped shape this field, expand it globally, develop standards, create communities, and bring NLP into different cultures and contexts are now entering new chapters of their own.

And at the same time, a new generation of NLP Trainers is emerging.

Which leaves us with important questions:

✨ How do we pass forward not only the techniques of NLP, but the wisdom behind them?

✨ How do we honor where NLP has come from while continuing to evolve where it can go?

✨ How do we ensure future generations inherit not just the content of NLP, but the curiosity, exploration, collaboration, and spirit that created it?

These are the conversations the NLP Leadership Summit was created for.

So what actually happens at a Leadership Summit? ✨

For those who have never attended, and perhaps as a reminder for those who have, the Leadership Summit is a little difficult to explain because it is unlike most events.

It is not a conference.
There are no keynote speakers.
There are no PowerPoint presentations.
There is no one person at the front of the room with all the answers.

Instead… there are conversations.
Real conversations between equals.

Interested in participating in the Alicante summit?

Fellow Member Trainers of the IANLP who are interested in attending the upcoming NLP Leadership Summit in Alicante in January 2027, please drop me a line. I would be happy to sponsor you as a guest for the event.

Ueli R. Frischknecht, Secretary General
