New short curriculum ‘NLP Diploma IANLP’

For some time there have been reports from colleagues around the world that students are less willing to enroll in longer degree programs. The trend is toward short, modular training programs.

To address this, many providers have broken down the NLP Practitioner training into individual, shorter modules and made these modules available for independent enrollment. That’s certainly a pretty sensible approach.

However, the attendance confirmations issued for these modules of NLP training were not permitted to bear the IANLP seal. This made them seem less valuable in the eyes of some prospective students.

NLP Diploma IANLP

With the new NLP Diploma IANLP, a first accredited certificate can now be issued after just 6 days / 50 hours of training. Contents of this training must be contents according to curriculum NLP Practitioner IANLP.

But the design of the NLP Diploma training is left to the distinction of each Fellow Member Trainer.
You can design a 6 days / 50 hours training. Or you can offer your NLP Practitioner students to get the certification whenever they have reached the necessary requirements as defined in curriculum NLP Diploma IANLP.

Shape the Future of NLP

...participate in the NLP Leadership Summit!

Next summit will be held January 9 - 11, 2027 in Alicante Spain.

All Fellow Member Trainers of the IANLP are warmly invited to attend this one-of-a-kind NLP gathering. Be our Guest!  Read invitation

As NLP moves into its next 50 years, we find ourselves at an important transition point. Many of the people who helped shape this field, expand it globally, develop standards, create communities, and bring NLP into different cultures and contexts are now entering new chapters of their own.

And at the same time, a new generation of NLP Trainers is emerging.

Which leaves us with important questions:

✨ How do we pass forward not only the techniques of NLP, but the wisdom behind them?

✨ How do we honour where NLP has come from while continuing to evolve where it can go?

✨ How do we ensure future generations inherit not just the content of NLP, but the curiosity, exploration, collaboration, and spirit that created it?

These are the conversations the NLP Leadership Summit was created for.

So what actually happens at a Leadership Summit? ✨

For those who have never attended, and perhaps as a reminder for those who have, the Leadership Summit is a little difficult to explain because it is unlike most events.

It is not a conference.
There are no keynote speakers.
There are no PowerPoint presentations.
There is no one person at the front of the room with all the answers.

Instead… there are conversations.
Real conversations between equals.

Interested in participating in the Alicante summit?

Fellow Member Trainers of the IANLP who are interested in attending the upcoming NLP Leadership Summit in Alicante in January 2027, please drop me a line. I would be happy to sponsor you as a guest for the event.

Ueli R. Frischknecht, Secretary General
