In-school: 153 hours across approximately 16 days (7 modules + certification weekend, September 2024 to May 2025, plus separate supervision days, total 15 hours). Out-of-school: 30 hours (10h documented coaching practice with minimum 3 clients, 20h personal coaching received as client)..

Prerequisites to enter the training: NLP Practitioner IANLP (or equivalent).

Main contents of curriculum/training: The curriculum covers the full arc of the coaching profession, from building coach identity and mindset to mastering the coaching process (rapport, active listening, powerful questions, outcome framing) and advanced techniques including trance and guided processes, submodality and social panorama work, systemic constellations, emotional and somatic coaching, and leadership/team coaching. Participants complete documented practice with real clients, receive supervision, and demonstrate competency through a final methodology presentation (For more specific information please visit website link below).

Examination: Written document (personal coaching methodology and practice), 10 hours of documented coaching sessions delivered as coach with minimum 3 different clients, 20 hours of documented sessions received as client, written reflection, documented attendance at 15 hours of supervision.  The certification exam runs over two days: Day 1 is an unprepared, randomly paired 10-minute live coaching simulation assessing rapport-building, topic discovery, strategy and goal-setting, and closing with a next-session agreement (also testing sales skills); Day 2 is a final presentation of personal methodology.

Certificate: MYND Professional Coach, issued by MYND Academia with its own seal and unique number. Graduates who meet IANLP's individual certification criteria can separately apply for the 'Coach IANLP' certification, issued with a unique IANLP number and IANLP seal, including the written addition: "This curriculum has been registered and approved by IANLP – Approval-No. IA01031-260814-www.ia-nlp.org."
