Prerequisites to enter the training: NLP Diploma IANLP (min. 50h / 6 days), min. 1 year of NLP experience prior to training (counted from the start of the NLP Diploma IANLP training), min. age of 25 at certificate handover, and min. 4 years of general work experience (with justified exceptions possible for age and work experience criteria).

Main contents of curriculum/training: The curriculum focuses on mastering the entire coaching process and session structure, from establishing a relationship of trust and defining clear goals to addressing the client's specific challenges. Participants learn to strategically integrate and apply advanced NLP tools alongside complementary methodologies specific to this training. The program provides a comprehensive methodological framework that equips participants for independent, confident, and structured professional practice."

Examination: Written exam, personal coaching concept, personal coaching model, practical test, documentation for 5 coaching cases.

Certificate: Certified Coach with a unique IANLP number and IANLP seal, including the written addition: "This curriculum has been registered and approved by IANLP – Approval-No. IA01029-260708-www.ia-nlp.org"

Qualifications of the teaching faculty: FMT IANLP Level 100+ (60% of the training) + another qualified individual supervised by FMT IANLP (40% of the training)
