Prerequisites:

• Executive coach with at least 7 years of experience or 1,500 hours and experience as a team manager or
• Coach of company teams with at least 5 years of experience and experience as a team manager or
• Professional consultant evaluator of the EFQM 2020 model who wants to specialize and have tools to accompany companies in the processes of change and transformation or
• Professional consultant in business organization and trainers with more than 7 years of experience with management teams or
• Managers and those responsible for leading change and transformation in companies or
• Professionals, managers passionate about people and the transformation of companies who want to professionally reinvent themselves

Contents:  NLP Trainer IANLP

Examination/Assessment:  Continuous assessment of theoretical knowledge as well as applications in real equipment of 128 hours.

Titel of Certificate: Changeologist
The seal of the IANLP may be fixed onto the certificate together with the following sentence "This curriculum has been registered and approved by IANLP – Approval-No. IA01023-220203-www.ia-nlp.org".
