General Objectives:
Our program is focused on developing several tools and techniques related to Ericksonian Hypnosis and Generative Trance. Also, several approaches to Classical Hypnosis and Conversational Hypnosis will be covered during this training. Through the study and application of different hypnotic patterns and modern techniques and with the accurate guidance of our teaching faculty we will lead you to reach the necessary skills to obtain the best outcome from your clients and coachees.
First Level –Ericksonian Hypnosis & Trance Apprentice – ‘Seaman’ (50 hours)
Introduction and Brief History of Hypnosis – Ethical criteria and commitment for a good practice – Basics of Hypnosis and general concepts - How our mind works? (Conscious and Unconscious Mind) – Recognizing altered states of mind and their applications – Different approaches of Hypnosis through History –Communication through rapport- Hypnotic patterns of Language used by Dr. Milton Erickson (The Milton Model) – Inductions ( Deepening of the inductions ) – Understanding the hypnotic process ( Induction- Deepening – Instructions – Exit) - Several forms of inductions ( Betty Erickson induction, overloading, and several others) - Self-esteem hypnotical practice – Successful exit from altered states of conscious – Practice for every single topic will be conduced by the trainers.
Second Level –Ericksonian Hypnosis & Trance Guide – ‘Sailor’ ( 50 hours)
Deepening of the Milton Model – Vague Language – Presuppositions and Assumptions – Reversal of Assumptions - Working with Beliefs - Changing beliefs during trance – Hypnosis used for self diagnosis – Using linguistic tools to generate personal changes – Techniques used to solve conflicts and to improve learning – Introducing unconscious changes to solve internal situations – Using Time tools to introduce or generate improvements ( Regressions and Progressions) - Using Metaphors, Rituals, Tales and Analogies - Pacing and leading – Using Conversational Hypnosis - Reframing – Self hypnosis - Intense practice of every single topic will be conduced by the trainers.
Third Level – Ericksonian Hypnosis & Trance Master Guide – ‘Captain’ (50 hours)
Hypnosis Phenomena (Anaesthesia, Analgesia and Catalepsy phenomenon) – Post hypnotic instructions - Trans-Hypnotic Induction -Handling Stress – Anger Management – Pain Easing – Resistance from the subject and how to overcome it – Anger management – Weight control - Sadness management – Confusion techniques – Brief inductions – Strengthening our self-esteem – Modifying our self image through Hypnosis – Supervision - Using anchors to accelerate the procedure – Final practices
Examination: Students must pass final examination for each level, which include the presentation of a situation and the possible approaches that the student proposes to solve. Also, a live hypnosis session followed by the faculty members will be held as testing.
Certificate: Upon full and satisfactory completion of this program two certificates may be issued:
(1) NLP Practitioner IANLP
(2) Ericksonian Hypnosis & Trance Master Guide
The original seal of the IANLP may be fixed onto the certificate (2) together with the following sentence "This curriculum has been submitted to IANLP - Submission-No.IA01022-190729-www.ia-nlp.org".
