Show all FAQsCurricula: Total Training Hours - live training (in school)
Question: In IANLP curricula it says
quote>>> "A minimum of 130 hours of live training, including testing is required. Training must be spread over a period of 18 days or longer." <<<unquote
How does the IANLP define 'live training' please?
Answer: Under the term 'live training' the IANLP defines all in-school training activities (in contrast to out-of-school training activities). This means the student is in a classroom experiencing live on-site face-to-face training with other students (= class) and a teaching person (Trainer, Fellow Member Trainer) present. Of course training actions such as individual work, group exercises, field studies (and similar) that are happening within this in-school frame are counted towards in-school training time as well.
