IANLP ethics demand clear and truthful communication

Hi, Fellow Member Trainers, please tell your graduates their proper title. Thanks!

Recently, we have received an increasing number of reports that IANLP graduates are entering the job market with fictitious titles. Examples:

• "The other day, I came across three people who called themselves 'Master Coach IANLP'. When I asked them about their diploma, they simply replied, 'Oh, we thought it was the same thing!'"
• graduates 'NLP Trainer IANLP' call themselves 'Master Trainer en PNL'.
• Diploma in Business Practitioner IANLP

As these fictional titles are not included in the IANLP curricula, labelling them as 'IANLP' is neither ethical nor in line with the IANLP's quality standards.

To be clear, graduates are free to use any title they wish, in accordance with the regulations of their country. However, as soon as they use the addition 'IANLP', they may only use the title prescribed in the corresponding curriculum. Such as 'NLP Practitioner IANLP' or 'Certificate of Proficiency in NLP IANLP' or 'NLP Master IANLP' and others.
 
Please instruct your graduate students to use the correct titles, and contact them if you notice an erroneous title.
